RENT
All rents must be paid in advance. Rates are $860.00 per semester for a shared room, if rent for the entire school year is paid in advance, the tenant will receive a 10% discount of $172.00.  This discount is for a shared room only. A private room is $1350.00 per semester with a $200.00 deposit.  Summer rates are $150.00/mo for shared room or 200.00/mo for a private room

APPLICATION FORM
The completed application, together with a deposit of $150.00 for a shared room or $200.00 for a private room should be sent to BLUESTONE APARTMENTS, 411 S. 900 E. #5 St. George, UT 84770. Applications withdrawn before June 1st, or three months prior to winter, spring or summer semester, will be subject to a $25.00 service fee. If notice of withdrawal is given after that deadline, no refund will be given.

NOTE:  This $150.00 is for apartment application and security deposit and secures you a reservation at Bluestone Apartments ONLY if the contract agreement is signed and returned, and the rent payment is made as noted in the contract. The $150.00 application fee and security deposit will be returned at the end of the lease term, less any damage and cleaning costs, in accordance with the signed contract. Tenants leaving before the end of a lease term will lose the deposit.

POLICY
I understand that, as a Resident, I may not use or possess alcohol, drugs or tobacco products anywhere on the premises of Bluestone, or allow visitors to do so either. I also understand that no pets are permitted and that no unauthorized overnight guests are allowed. (These rules are strictly enforced.)

By signing, the applicant agrees to all of the above terms.
