Our ten unit complex features everything a single college student would need, and quick access to many of the facilities that DSC campus offers, including the Dixie Fitness Center, Smith Computer Lab and the pool.
Our two-bedroom, one-bath; or three-bedroom, two-bath apartments are fully furnished with twin beds, dual closets, sofa, love seat, dressers, kitchen table and chairs. Each kitchen features all of the major appliances including microwave, dishwasher and disposal. Semester fees include utilities (except electricity,) cable T.V. and high-speed DSL internet. A laundromat facility is located onsite, and available 24 hours a day.
